Old Dominion Beg For Forgiveness In New Piano Ballad, “Some People Do”

Have we ever heard a ballad from Old Dominion? Not like this one…

The band know for their fun-loving, easy-breezy pop country tunes changed it up big time with their new ballad, “Some People Do.” The new piano-driven tune finds our singer acknowledging that most people don’t change, but hoping that he can be the exception to the rule.

“Some people quit drinking too much and some people quit lying / Some people decide to grow up, but it’s never good timing / Most wouldn’t forgive, what I put you through, but I’m here tonight, hoping some people do.”

Quite the changeup from the reigning ACM and CMA Vocal Group of the Year.

Whiskey Riff is the most entertaining country site…ever.
