Don’t you just love the fact that these days, you can have the biggest song in the country and never played a fucking note of it live before?
Blows my mind, but that’s exactly what Lil Nas X, who will be joined by Billy Ray Cyrus, is about to do this weekend.
According to Billboard, the rapper (yeah, rapper) will be making a surprise (that isn’t a surprise anymore) appearance at Stagecoach this weekend, his first live performance ever. Stagecoach is no stranger to surprise appearances however, Snoop Dog appeared with Sam Hunt the last time her headlined there in 2016. And, of course Mason Ramsey played the festival with FGL just weeks after going viral with a performance in his local Walmart. If nothing else, Stagecoach has proven that they’re willing to embrace a meme.
