I want to do more yoga. I know I should.
This might be the type I need. Rage Yoga involves screaming curse words and drinking beer. Seriously. According to the Rage Yoga class instructors, there are beer breaks, and lots of screaming of my favorite word in the English language, “fuck.” Such a versatile word.
This is all meant to “help people release frustration in a healthy way.”
According to Fox35, Rage Yoga currently has classes in Canada and Houston, Texas. Check their site for new locations.
