Hey Chicago whaddya say?
‘Try not to suck” is the motto of Joe Maddon and the Chicago Cubs, who ironically enough, are sucking something fierce right about now. At 1-4, sucking is pretty much all they’ve been doing.
Which is why they couldn’t have picked a worse time to partner with Haymarket Brewery and launch “Try Not To Suck,” a crisp and refreshing 4.8% ABV German-styler lager. That being said, proceeds from the beer will benefit Joe Maddon’s Respect 90 Foundation, along with homeless and jobless veterans through RnR Brews and Rags of Honor.
I’m always on board with a good beer for a great cause, but if this losing streak continues, they might have to change the name… or you know, maybe try harder.
Good one Joe, nobody is laughing…
Get yourself back in shape for the summer months with some thirst quenching TNTS 12 ounce curls…so many folks to thank, especially our Vets who play a large part in the process of getting our brew into your hands….@BinnysBev @jewelosco @RagsOfHonorUSA Salute to all ! https://t.co/NqOsO1IgZB
