In addition to the inaugural Hometown Rising Festival in Louisville, Kentucky will be debuting another festival this year in Lexington. The two-day Railbird Festival will take place at the Grounds at Keeneland, a well-known horse track in the area, later this summer – August 10th and 11th.
The festival features top-bill performances from The Raconteurs, Brandi Carlile, Hozier and Kentucky native Tyler Childers, along with support from Old Crow Medicine Show, Mandolin Orange, Robert Earl Keen, Ruston Kelly, Gary Clark Jr., Lucinda Williams and more.
The festival will also feature local Kentucky fare, bourbon tastings, off-track betting, tours of horse country and more.
Tickets for Railbird Festival go on sale March 28th.
