That Nashville skyline is about to get a whole lot bigger.

The Las Vegas-based MGM Resorts International is putting down roots in Music City with the development of a new 21-story hotel and entertainment complex in downtown Nashville. According to the Nashville Post, the hotel will feature 315 rooms with an adjoining 5-story entertainment complex, complete with a 4,000 person music venue, a smaller “entertainment club,” a nine-screen movie theater, 90,000 square feet of office space, bowling alley, two ballrooms, a roof-top pool & bar, a spa, fitness center, and retail spaces.

The hotel will stand at about 275 feet, good for the 6th tallest in Nashville.

Nash Vegas indeed.
