If you’ve been to a Petco, you know it’s not uncommon to see dogs and cats, or whatever else you can put on a leash, running around the store. After all, the store’s policy says all pets are welcome so long as they’re on a leash.
Well, Vincent Browning and Shelly Lumpkin took them to task when they walked into their Houston-area Petco location with Oliver, a massive African Watusi steer.
“We decided to take a chance and call Petco ‘s bluff on the ‘ALL LEASHED PETS ARE WELCOME’ policy. The awesome crew at Petco – Atascocita did not disappoint!! They welcomed Oliver the African Watusi with open arms. The staff members here are always super friendly and courteous to us. We really enjoy coming to this location…our favorite Petco BY FAR!”
