Fresh off his 22nd career No. 1 single with “Girl Like You,” Jason Aldean is sending his nostalgic leaving song, “Rearview Town,” to country radio.
Written by Kelley Lovelace, Bobby Pinson and Neil Thrasher, the lyric video combines childhood and early-career photos of Jason, along with footage from live gigs and award shows.
“Sometimes you have to let go of the things behind you, that have held you down and look forward,” Aldean said. “That’s this song to me and I think a lot of my people have been there in their lives too.”
“Rearview Town” is the 4th single released from Aldean’s platinum-selling album of the same name.
