Whiskey Riff Song of the Week: “Good and Drunk” by Ward Davis

Hittin’ you with something powerful to start the week – “Good and Drunk” by Ward Davis.

Been a huge fan of this song form the first time I heard it, so I had to make it your Song of the Week. His new EP Asunder is top-notch top-to-bottom, but this song really stands out.

“Good and Drunk” speaks to the painful side of divorce, and the bottle becoming the coping mechanism. Heavy, heavy, stuff.
