Groundhog Day: Punxsutawney Phil Does NOT See His Shadow, Predicts an Early Spring

It’s Groundhog Day, and there’s good news.

Punxsutawney Phil, did NOT see his shadow this morning predicting an early spring.

This comes at the perfect time after we all went through frozen hell with the Polar Vortex. Legend goes that on February 2nd, a groundhog predicts the weather by looking for his shadow. A sunny day and a shadow means six more weeks of winter. FUCK THAT.

On the flip side, a groundhog not seeing his shadow means we’re in for that early warm-up. Unfortunately, he’s usually wrong. Whatever, I’ll drink to no shadow.
