Homeless Man That Helped Chiefs Guard Jeff Allen In A Snow Storm Has Already Received Over 15K In Donations

This is Dave Cochran.

Dave is the homeless man that saw Kansas City Chiefs guard Jeff Allen stuck in the snow before Saturday’s game against the Colts. With Dave’s help, Jeff was able to make it to the game on time, where the Chiefs went on to destroy the Colts, earning them a trip to the AFC Championship game.

That promoted Jeff to track him down and return the favor.

“It’s like a dream come true,” Cochran said. “I saw the message this morning, and I am not going to fake with you, call me soft if you want to homeboys, I started bawling to know he is a man of his word and he reached out to contact me.”

In addition to the tickets, a GoFundMe was started for Dave who is currently in his car with his girlfriend and their dog. So far, the campaign has already received over $15,000 in donations.

Despite what the news tells us every day, there are still good people out there. Enjoy the game Dave, you deserve it.
