Dixie Chicks Singer Natalie Maines Files For Divorce After 17 Years Of Marriage

Did not see this one coming.

Dixie Chicks singer Natalie Maines has filed for divorce from Adrian Pasdar after 17 years of marriage, TMZ reported Monday (July 3).

The report says the lead singer cited irreconcilable differences in her petition to end the marriage, as well as joint-custody of their two boys together.

Back in 2000, the couple got married at A Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas after meeting at Dixie Chicks bandmate Emily Robison Strayer’s wedding. Adrian was a groomsman and Natalie was a bridesmaid. Their story is very movie-like to me, so cute.

Being a Dixie Chicks fan, I was aware of this marriage and have always found their story to be the best. But if you are unsure of who Adrian Pasdar is, you might have seen him playing a cop in the famous band’s “Goodbye Earl” video. Love you Natalie.
