Chase Rice Signs With Broken Bow Records, New Album On The Way

Chase Rice is back.

New label, new album, new man says Chase Rice in an interview with Rolling Stone Country.

After feeling pretty down and out about making music, Chase signed a deal with Broken Bow Records and Lambs and Lions – the album he’s been working on for years – will finally see the light of day. “Broken Bow came into my life at an unbelievably perfect time,” he says.

Their unofficial motto for the working relationship? “Let’s fucking go.”

With production from Chris DeStefano, Mac MacAnally and, Jacquire King (Kings of Leon, Cold War Kids, Robert Ellis), Rice is taking the opportunity to move beyond the labels and the boxes of “bro-country” party boy and dive deeper into more sounds and substance.

“It’s about finding faith in relationships and learning how to persevere when things get a little tough, and is also an emotional dip into the world of an artist who, like many of his peers, was dismissed before he could reach a lot deeper.”

If Rice’s new song “If I’m Bein’ Honest” is any indication, we’re in for something pretty special and, in the very least, honest.
