Country music doesn’t exactly have the best rep in the workout world. When people think “workout music”, they think hard rock or rap. Admittedly, so do I most of the time. Thanks to the lovely Jessica Bass of Dance Fitness With Jessica, I’ve changed my mind.
She took a slower, laid back country song like Sam Hunt’s “Body Like A Back Road” and turned it into a killer leg and booty workout. Plus, her body positive intro is what it’s really all about. You go, girl.
