The song is by rapper Buck 22 (son of Dionne Warwick) and Billy Ray Cyrus features in the futuristic video. The pair are beamed up into an intergalactic party on a space ship which is full of nearly-naked twerking women. Buck 22 reference's Billy's daughter Miley Cyrus's twerking in his rap and Billy is also heard shouting "wrecking ball" in the song. Larry King also makes a cameo appearance to introduce the video.
