Orange Creamsicle Mimosas Will Have You Dreaming Of Summer Days

Takes 5 minutes, serves endless amounts of people, and gets you drunk. What more could you want?

It only takes some sunshine and good music to get people into the “drinking” mood. For this summer, switch things up and take the mimosa route.

Here’s what you need:

  • Orange slices, for garnish
  • 1/4 c. sugar, for rimming champagne flutes
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1 tbsp. heavy cream
  • 1 bottle champagne, prosecco, or cava

Here’s how you do it:

  1. Rim champagne flutes with an orange slice and dip in sugar. Set aside.
  2. In a tall glass, stir together orange juice and heavy cream until combined. Pour into champagne flutes and top off with champagne.
  3. Garnish with orange wedge.
