No matter what political party you identify with, you’re here because you like country music. BBC News announced the artists that will be performing on the eve of Donald Trump’s presidential inauguration, and there are some country artists on the list.
“God Bless The U.S.A.” singer Lee Greenwood and also the legend Toby Keith will be taking the stage on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial in, of course, Washington, D.C.
Will you be tuning in?
And for those who criticize Toby Keith for doing so he said “I don’t apologize for performing for our country or military,” Keith said in a statement to EW. “I performed at events for previous presidents [George W.] Bush and [Barack] Obama and over 200 shows in Iraq and Afghanistan for the USO.”
