Take A Dip On The Wild Side With This Cheesy Taco Beer Dip

When it comes to parties, I love a good fiesta. I also love beer and cheese and likely so do you. Soooo wanna get together and snack on this taco beer cheese dip?

Ingredients

Taco Seasoning
Cheesy Taco Beer Dip

  1. On medium heat in a cast iron skillet add ground beef and taco seasoning. A little EVOO may be needed-or a non-stick pan can be used.
  2. Cook until no longer pink (depending on the fat content you may need to drain). 
  3. Use beer to de-glaze the pan. Let alcohol cook out. Add salsa. Cook for 2-3 additional minutes. 
  4. In a separate saucepan: On medium-low heat, add cream cheese, shredded cheese, and milk. Melt and combine completely. 
  5. Incorporate cheese sauce to meat mixture. Cook for additional 2-3 minutes. 
  6. Serve warm as a dip, or if you want to crank it up, smother on top of a burrito for “oven style” goodness. Enjoy!
