Happy Alcoholidays: Here are 3 MUST-Have Drinks

The holidays are festive, fun, and a great time to get your drink on. Whether it’s because your family is a good time or you’re single for the season and don’t care to remember, doesn’t matter, here are some tasty drinks to make it better!

Very Vanilla Irish Cream

It’s hard to beat the classics. Bailey’s in your coffee is a phenomenal way to kick off your morning during the holidays, but sometimes you need just a little bit more.
Freeze some coffee in a couple ice cube trays, and fill up your mug. Add Bailey’s and vanilla vodka to taste. That’s how simple it is, really.

Cranberry Mules

A fancy spin on your Moscow Mule…
This recipe is not as simple, but it’s still easy. Grab your copper cup!

2oz. unsweetened cranberry juice
3 oz. ginger beer
1 ½ oz. spiced rum
1 oz. simple syrup
Handful of ice for serving

Sugared Cranberries (optional) for garnish

12oz. fresh cranberries
½ cup simple syrup
½ cup granulated sugar

Toss berries in syrup then lay them out on aluminum foil on a wire cooling rack (if you want) when all are coated, toss again in the sugar until they’re all coated and frosty. Put them back wherever it is you had them before, and refrigerate for an hour before tossing them on top of your drink!

Salted Caramel White Russians

A blue and white can of soda

If you’ve never had a White Russian before, OMG, make one pronto. This one is better, especially this season with the salted caramel craze!

Grab a tall glass and drizzle some caramel sauce down the sides (inside) covering however much you please.
There are a few ways to make a White Russian, whether you want to shake it or stir it, and in this instance, it’s stirred.

Fill up your cup ¾ of the way with ice (after drizzling the caramel) to start

1 part salted caramel Kahlua or Bailey’s
2 parts salted caramel vodka
1 part Half and Half
Stir and serve!

For those who, like me, don’t want to make anything fancy, simply pour some vodka in your egg nog and call it good!
