Beer Can Turkey Is A Thanksgiving Must This Year

So I’ve heard of beer can chicken. I’ve tasted my Dad’s beer brats and I’ve dove head first¬†into a yummy basket of beer battered fries. But never have I ever had a beer can turkey.

With turkey day so close I can almost smell it (but really, pumpkin pie in the oven, buttery mashed potatoes on the stove top and the decadent aroma of whatever grandma’s got cooking in that crock pot on the counter), I figured it was a good time to show you guys how Whiskey Riff does Thanksgiving.

The beer keeps the turkey from getting dried out and keeps it full of that juicy, one of kind beer flavor. Head on over to Grillin’ Fools and let them show you how its done. This is one recipe you won’t want to miss this year.
