Kenny Chesney Gives A Special Fan A Night She Will Never Forget

Kenny Chesney knows how to close out a show.

During a performance a Bob Marley’s “Three Little Birds,” Kenny pulled a fan onstage who, from her bald head, was clearly battling cancer. He removed his hat and put his own bald head to hers while he continued to sing how “everything was going to be alright.” It was an incredibly beautiful moment in music.

She posted this message on her Facebook:

“For all those that know me know that Kenny Chesney is my utmost favorite entertainer and I have attended many of his shows over the years. Last night was amazing. It was a true testament of the type of person Kenny is……a genuine stand out human being that spreads the love. As if it wasn’t enough for him to catch my eye to let me know “every little thing is gonna be alright …I promise” but to be brought up on stage was so surreal. Thank you Kenny for making my night so special and one I will never forget. To the girl Taylor Phelan who selflessly ran across the stage to give me the NSN helmet …you too are a pretty amazing young woman…your family should be proud. And lastly to all of my friends that were with me last night I can not thank you enough for being my support system these past 9 months. I wouldn’t have wanted to end my summer any differently than with all of you. I Love you all beyond words!”
