Country Newcomer Lenny Martelli Has A Story Of Perseverance Unlike Any Other

We’ve been following country newcomer Lenny Martelli for some time now, and got a chance to talk to him a little bit about his backstory, and journey – it’s special.

Here’s what he had to say…

In 2010, I was in an accident that left me paralyzed after breaking my neck, along with many more injuries and complications. I was told I would never walk again. But, after many months of physical therapy, and endless support and prayers, I started to do the impossible and regain my strength. I now walk with the help of a cane sometimes but otherwise am completely recovered and there’s still no medical explanation as to how it all happened; absolutely a miracle and I am forever grateful for that blessing.

Before the accident, I was a musician but also a Division 1 football recruit. I’m a big believer in that everything happens for a reason so I definitely came to understand that music is what I was meant to do given the circumstances of everything that had happened to me and the fact that I couldn’t play football anymore but could still play music.

So that brings me to now, about to start working on my debut EP and launch this fundraiser campaign.
