Blake Shelton Saves The Day For Driver Stranded in Oklahoma Flood

Blake is obviously an all-around badass. We knew that.

According to The Boot, Roho Hartman was driving near Ardmore, OK on his way home, when he tried to cross a street that had been flooded by the rain from Tropical Storm Bill. He didn’t make it and was pushing his stalled truck up a hill in waist-deep water when another man pulled up with a tow rope.

“The guy said, ‘Are you ready?’” Hartman recalls to KFOR. “I thought … that looks like Blake Shelton.”

It was Shelton, who pulled the truck out, and gave him a ride home.

“I said, ‘You wouldn’t believe it, Blake Shelton pulled me out,’” Hartman says he told his wife, who called while he was on his way home with Shelton. “Told her, ‘You better slick up, we’ll be there in just a minute.’”

The Hartmans took a few photos with Shelton when they arrived. The following was posted to Facebook with the caption:

“Look who brought Justin’s brother in law home this evening!”

“It was great,” Hartman says. “He’s a good fella I think; I like him.”
