Jason Aldean’s Kitchen & Rooftop Bar Sued Over Labor Dispute

Uh oh.

Last week, news broke about a lawsuit involving Blake Shelton’s Nashville bar Ole Red, Kid Rock had that whole sign fiasco a while back, and today, it appears as though you can add Jason Aldean’s name to the list of bars on Broadway with some legal troubles.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a former cook by the name of Cindy Galeano says she was wrongfully terminated after complaining to HR about not being paid overtime.

According to the suit, Cindy worked at Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar from May 1, 2018 through September 5, 2018. She alleges that worked more than 40 hours a week, however was never paid any overtime. On September 4, 2018, she brought up the issue to her HR manager and was subsequently fired the next day.

She’s suing for back pay, plus damages.
