Ed Sheeran, who had 6 nominations, was nowhere to be seen at last night’s American Music Awards.
Where was he? In Nashville, at the Bluebird cafe.
When creating the lineup for his Bluebird Café debut, Devin Dawson picked three of his favorite co-writers to join him in the round. He invited his duet partner Jillian Jacqueline, former Evanescence vocalist David Hodges, and British singer-songwriter Amy Wadge. However, this guy named Ed Sheeran showed up as well. No big deal.
When it came time for Amy Wadge to perform her smash hit “Thinking Out Loud,” Ed joined her on stage giving everybody in that room a little more than they bargained for.
Check it out.
