The NFL Draft is coming to Music City.
According to NFL.com, the NFL team owners approved the Tennessee Titans’ bid to host the 2019 NFL Draft in Nashville. The selection was ratified Wednesday at the Spring League Meeting in Atlanta. The 84th NFL draft, which takes place April 25-27, 2019, will span across multiple landmarks in Nashville’s historic downtown district.
“I’m so excited for the city of Nashville and so proud that we’ve been selected as the host city for the 2019 NFL Draft,” Titans controlling owner Amy Adams Strunk said during a news conference. “As we all know, Nashville has a well-deserved reputation as a city that loves the big stage and loves a big party … we’re looking forward to April of next year.”

I know Kings of Leon is in this new promo video and I’m sure Taylor Lewan will be chugging beers out of something you’d never thought you see somebody drink beer out of (dead catfish) in your entire lifetime, but I’m betting right now that Florida Georgia Line performs at some point during that weekend. It wouldn’t be a Nashville party if they didn’t.
How can they not? Maybe Bebe Rexha will be there too, but you can take it to the bank, the coffee can buried in your backyard, or wherever you keep your money, but it’s happening. If it’s anything like the Titans jersey party, fans are going to be pumped.
