I get it, Chase. Right there with ya.
I’ve been saying “Eyes On You” needed to be Chase Rice’s next single. It’s one of those songs you find yourself listening to 20 times in a day. The perfect tempo and melody for a feel-good summer song, and one I think will do really well for Chase on the charts.
While filming the music video for the new single, Chase ended up tearing his pectoral muscle.
“I was in Mammoth Lakes, California, and we shot a music video for ‘Eyes on You.’ I said it was going to be epic and then I showed later in the day that it was. I had ice on my chest. So I tore my pec and then today I just got surgery for that. And man, it just is what it is. It’s going to be a hell of a music video. I’m excited to release that to y’all.”
He’s had surgery since to take care of the issue. If you missed Chase Rice on the Whiskey Riff Raff podcast, click here.
